What happens if you need to cancel or change a booking with The Birder’s Inn.
Cancellation charges
The amount we retain depends on how much notice you give before your arrival date:
| If you cancel | We retain |
|---|---|
| 30 days or more before arrival | No retention charged |
| 29 – 21 days | 25% of the services reserved |
| 20 – 14 days | 50% of the services reserved |
| 13 – 3 days | 75% of the services reserved |
| 2 days or less | 100% of the services reserved |
Stays of three nights or more
If the booking is for 3 nights & above, a minimum 3 days retention will be charged for FIT (Free Independent Traveller) & GIT (Group Inclusive Tour).
How to cancel
Please cancel in writing, by email to bookings@birdersinn.com or on WhatsApp to +91 72979 91613, so there is a clear record of the date.
Refunds
Where part of your advance is refundable under the schedule above, we will confirm the amount and how it will be returned to you when you cancel.
Changing your dates
If you need to change your dates, write to us as early as you can and we will do our best to help, subject to availability.
